This is our contract and our guarantee that we give with each puppy.
It must be signed by the buyer before the puppy is sold or shipped.
All puppies are sold with a health (shot ) record.  They
have shots up to date as to their age.  We worm our
puppies every week from two weeks on, until they leave
us.  We sell our Chihuahua's registered with AKC or
CKC.
Also, from time to time we will sell or pet out a retired
dog, which I will list on my available puppy page.
Our puppies come with a one year genetic guarantee. If
your puppy is diagnosed with any kind of genetic defect,
it will be replaced or your money will be refunded. You
must provide a vet statement and the puppy back in my
hands. We are not responsible for any shipping or
retrieving of the puppy in anyway.
We specialize in Chihuahua's.
All of our adult dogs are kept in a heated/cooled,
indoor/outdoor building, with a play yard outside.
We raise all our puppies in the same environment,
but in a separate building, closer to the house, in  
the nursery, until they are old enough to interact
with people and then into the house they come to
meet the family, cats, other dogs and all the
people in and out! That is when we prepare them
for their new homes, and begin the process of
potty training, good manners and personality
development.  Socialization is of the most
importance.
