Puppies are posted and if there is not a sold sign on them they are available. If you
are interested in one, feel free to call or email with any details or questions you may
have. If you decide on a puppy, I will not hold one unless you have your deposit paid.
If I get a call before you have made your decision, I have the right to sell that puppy.
The deposit is non refundable for any reason. The rest of the payment is due before
you take the puppy. We will not hold the puppy past the date it is ready unless I
decide it is not ready to go. We may add charges to hold that puppy past it's due
date.  We have the right to decide on the price of any given puppy. I price my puppies
on quality, size and color. They sell for a wide range of prices.  We have a one year
written genetic Guarantee on our puppies.

Sassy and Mario had one little
black with a white chest boy
on April 1ST. His birth weight
was 3.0oz
He will reach around 3lbs
grown.
He will be a long coat. His is
$400. I will accept a deposit
of $100 on this tiny boy. New
pictures were taken 4/25/10
 
Before you decide on one of our puppies, we would
like you to think of this as a 15 to 20 year commitment.
(as I have had several live in their late teens.) We only
sell as pets and never to brokers. All our puppies are
spay/neuter only and will be checked up on. There are
exceptions, but we reserve the right to decide. We
also reserve the right to decide when a puppy is ready
to go to their new home. Some are later than others.

are females. Mom is on the left at five lbs and
daddy is on the right at four lbs.  She wants
$150 FOR THE MALE AND $300 for the
